A new exhibition with an international flavor is opening this week in Brooklyn: “Photo Global: New Releases 2010” features artists who participated in the 2010 – 2011 Photo Global program, a one-year residency for photographers from around the world offered by the BFA Photography Department.

The exhibition, which is on view April 22 – May 6 at 111 Front Street Galleries, located at 111 Front Street, Suite 214, in the DUMBO section of Brooklyn, will feature works by seven international photographers: Clare Bottomley, UK; Barbara Broder, Switzerland; Emmeline de Mooij, Netherlands; Matthew-Robert Hughes, UK; Dan Keinan, Israel; Quentin Shih, China; and Saana Wang, Finland. The gallery is hosting an opening reception on Thursday, April 22, 5 – 7pm, and a closing reception on Thursday, May 6, 5:30 – 8:30pm.
