Reflective Horizons

January 16, 2004

The Brauer Museum of Art at Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana, presents Reflections, an exhibition by BFA Fine Arts Instructor Tobi Kahn. Reflections is an installation that transforms the museum’s entire West Gallery into a meditative space, with 80 of the artists’ paintings covering the walls of several rooms in the museum. The paintings, from Kahn’s Sky and Water series, are repeating horizon lines that fill the room and encourage visitors to pause in quiet contemplation. Through March 21; visit the museum’s Web site at for more information.
