BFA fine arts faculty member Jeanne Silverthorne is currently exhibiting a series of rubber sculptures at the McKee Gallery, 745 Fifth Avenue, New York City. The show consists of seven new pieces and two installations that explore the visualization of emotional states. While most of the artwork is abstract and resembles molecular elements, there are also several self-portraits (all 3 inches high) that allow Silverthorne to contemplate her own psychological disposition. The exhibition runs until June 20.
