The Visual Arts Gallery in SoHo presents two exhibitions in one this week: Bad Attitude, which displays work from selected students from the BFA Fine Arts Department; and a solo exhibition presenting the installation, Happy Together, 2001 from recent graduate, Henry Lau (BFA Photography 2001). There will be a reception in the gallery on February 19 from 5 to 7pm. (Image: Untitled, 2001, Artist: Frank Dimaria)

As Black History Month comes to a close, the Office of Residence Life would like to invite the SVA community on February 20 at 7pm to a roundtable discussion with a panel of guest speakers, called Politically Correct. The discussion will revolve around the history of the African American and politics today. Politically Correct will take place in the George Washington Mezzanine and also include cuisine from the Caribbean, Ethiopia, and the South as well as African drums, dancing and Open Mic poetry.
