Lauren Redniss (MFA 2000 Illustration as Visual Essay) received a 2012 John S. Guggenheim Fellowship in the Creative Arts for her general nonfiction project Thunder and Lightning: Weather Past, Present, Future (Random House, forthcoming 2014).
