Stefan Sagmeister, MFA Design faculty member and founder of Sagmeister & Walsh, has won an AIGA Medal, which is given annually in recognition of individuals’ exceptional achievements in design.

SVA alumnus Hyewon Yum (MFA 2006 Illustration as Visual Essay) recently received the 2013 Ezra Jack Keats New Illustrator Award for her children’s book Mom It’s My First day of Kindergarten!
