SVA’s Jesse Averna Wins Fourth Consecutive Emmy Award

SVA faculty member Jesse Averna (BFA 2008 Film and Video) recently won his fourth consecutive Emmy award for Outstanding Achievement in Multiple Camera Editing. jesse200Averna received the honor along with co-editor John Tierney and supervising editor Todd James for work on the 2013 season of the long-running PBS children’s show Sesame Street. The 41st Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy® Awards ceremony took place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in downtown Los Angeles and was broadcast nationally on Sunday, June 22.
