MFA Design Department faculty member Maira Kalman appeared on the October 28 episode of The Colbert Report on Comedy Central. Kalman spoke to satirical pundit Steven Colbert about her new book, And The Pursuit of Happiness (Penguin Press, 2010), which collects illustrations she created for The New York Times, focusing on viewpoints about American democracy from across the country.
