Opened Up

On Thursday, August 6, students participating in the Division of Continuing Education’s Summer Residency Programs invited the public to see what they’d been working on all summer. The program’s Open Studios event brought family, friends and other viewers to studios filled with new works by artists in the Painting and Mixed Media; Photography; and Printmaking and Book Arts residencies. In addition, members of the Public Art program took to the streets for “SIGN 23,” presenting installation and performance works, in collaboration with Art in Odd Places.
