- From October 7 through November 4, the June Bateman Gallery will present Karaoke Girl, the first solo exhibition in New York of color portraits by Korean-born photographer Eunsuk Joo (BFA 1995 Photography). The exhibition contains nearly 30 large-scale chromogenic prints from Ms. Joo’s Karaoke Girl and Eol-Gool series. On October 9, from 6 – 8pm, there will be a reception at the gallery, 560 Broadway, Suite 309.

- Veronica Szarejko (BFA 1996 Photography) will be exhibiting work at the SoHo Photo Gallery, 15 White Street, in Where the Seeds Were Kept.Szarejko’s photographic representations are of women who suppress their feminine side in pursuit of male ideals of success. There will be a reception at the gallery on October 7, from 6 – 8pm.
