Orange Aid

April 17, 2003

You may have spotted it recently along the streets of Manhattan. You can’t miss it; bright orange with purple hubcaps. It’s the freshly redesigned SVA shuttle, which makes traveling among the SVA buildings a whole lot easier. “It’s really another form of advertising for the College,” says shuttle designer George Tscherny, “Why not take advantage and make it bright and let it stand out on the streets of Manhattan?”

The shuttle’s first point of departure is the George Washington residence leaving every 30 minutes, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-12noon and 1pm-3pm. So kick back and relax. It’s a free ride; you’ll just need your SVA ID to board.
