Fictions of the Imagination features the work of three MFA Fine Arts students and one BFA Fine Arts student. November 14 – December 7; Reception: November 20, 5 – 7pm; Westside Gallery, 141 West 21 Street.


On November 21 from 9am – Noon the Office of Career Development will host Internship Fair 2002 at 209 East 23 Street (ground floor). At the fair, students can learn about a variety of companies and the jobs they have available. Juniors and seniors will have the opportunity to interview on the spot for Spring 2003 internships.

  • The Office of Residence Life, along with Live Out Loud, will present a week of events for Diversity of Lifestyles Month, a celebration of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. From November 10 – 15 there will be film screenings, an info fair, open mike nights and guest speakers. For more information, please contact the Office of Residence Life at 212.592.2247.
  • The Visual Arts Gallery presents Reality Check (BFA Fine Arts) and Covert Street (BFA Photography); through November 23; Reception: November 12, 5 – 7pm; Visual Arts Gallery, 137 Wooster Street
  • The Camera Club of New York (CCNY) and the BFA Photography Department welcome Eric Kroll, erotic art photographer and former photojournalist for Elle, The New York Times, and Vogue. November 12; SVA Amphitheater, 209 East 23 Street (3rd fl.). Admission is $6, free to CCNY members and SVA students, faculty, and staff. Photo ID required for entry.
