Artist Gary Simmons (BFA Fine Arts, 1988) established his reputation in the early 1990s with a body of work that addressed the topic of identity. An exhibition of his work will be on view at The Studio Museum of Harlem, 144 West 125 Street, from October 9 through January 5. The exhibition is co-organized by The Studio Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago.
